Due to the nature of mental health services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions.

Each independent contractor manages their own cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to the individual provider’s service agreement or contact them directly for details.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee at the discretion of your provider.
