Devin is an Oregon native who has called the Rogue Valley home since the mid-1990s. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, he has spent over two decades supporting adults on their mental health journeys. Devin combines extensive clinical expertise with genuine compassion, creating a space where patients feel safe, understood, and supported. His connection to the region and commitment to the community bring warmth and authenticity to his work. Outside of practice, Devin enjoys sports, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and community members.

Professional Experience and Education
Devin began his career in the medical field as a United States Army combat medic. After serving honorably, he further gained experience as a nationally registered Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) before returning to Southern Oregon.
He decided to further his education and received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health and Science University and served as a Mental Health Nurse at Rogue Valley Regional Center and within Jackson County Mental Health System. After ten years as an RN , he pursued and received his Masters of Nursing from OHSU.
His experiences within various professional positions and populations have given him a broad perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges people face. Devin is licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse and is also a National Board-Certified Emergency Medical Technician. He has collaborated with numerous organizations including the Oregon University System, Rural Health Services, the Veterans Administration, and has been a professional speaker throughout the United States.
